Brazil tries to become five-time champion of the Grand Prix
Goiânia (GO) - Brazil and Iran will dispute the final of the Grand Prix of Futsal once again. The same happened in the third edition of the tournament, which took place in Lages (SC), Joinville (SC) and Jaraguá do Sul (SC). The two national teams dispute the final of this fifth edition of the Grand Prix, which is being held in Anapolis (GO ) and Goiânia (GO).

The match is scheduled to start at 10h40 am, on this Sunday (5/7), at Newton de Faria International Gym, in Anapolis (GO). In the first time they faced each other in the final of a Grand Prix, Brazil won by the score 4 to 0.
Other important matches happened between the two national teams. In the second round of the FIFA Futsal World Cup 2008, playing in Rio de Janeiro (RJ), the Brazilians had a difficult victory 1-0, goal by Schumacher, in the beginning of the match.

It is good to point as well that Iran and Brazil have faced each other twice this year, in San Carlos and Garça, both in the countryside of São Paulo. In the first match, on March, Brazil won by 4 to 2. In the second match, in Garcia, Brazil and Iran tied 2- 2.
Everything indicates that this match will be of great difficulty for Brazil, what always happen when Brazil faces Iran. If the Brazilians had no problems during the Grand Prix, until the semifinal, the final match can surprise.

This is what the head coach Marcos Sorato thinks. According to him, Brazil will find difficulties in this match than in any other. "Iran is today among the best futsal national teams in the world. And we must go into court on Sunday knowing that we will not find it easy as it was so far."
Vander Lacovino, assistant head coach, and Sorato spoke about the Iranian team "It is a very strong team physically, and they don’t change their pattern of play, even with substitutions. They have a good pivot, who knows how to play individually. "We hope for a fantastic final match."

The two teams that were mentioned as favorites since the beginning of the competition reached the final. With a new team - but no less qualified – Iran will face the greatest difficulties. "The two teams deserved to go to the final, "the head coach of Brazil said.
Hossein Shams, head coach of Iran, made sure to remember the last match between Brazil and Iran, when the two national teams tied 2-2 in Garça (SP), on 30th March. "We had a good performance and achieved a great result," he said.

Shams expects a balanced match on this Sunday. "I want it to be a good match for the futsal fans and for the Brazilian and Iranian fans," he said.
About the Brazilian National Team, the Iranian head coach said that Iran watched the match against Romania and praised the performance of the yellow-green team. "It was fantastic. They proved why they are the best national team in the world and current world champions," he said.

However, Hossein Shams, good-humored, did not talk about the tactics Iran will use to neutralize the main strengths of Brazil. "I tell you that in 24 hours," the Iranian said mysteriously.
